Mike started his real estate career in San Antonio in 1991, relocated to the Dallas/Ft.Worth area in 1995, and found a home at Keller Williams in McKinney in 1999. It took several years to find an innovative Broker with a successful business model and life style philosophy of “God, Family then Business”. Bettina Ripperger is one of the founding members of The Picket Fence Team. Bettina began investing in Real Estate in 2005. In 2008 she transitioned from a successful career in the corporate business world to focus on the financial operations of The Picket FenceTeam and the other real estate businesses.
One of Bettina’s specialties is helping individuals grow their IRAs with Real Estate investing.

Charlene Ledbetter is the Buyer’s Agent for the Picket Fence Team. She is focused exclusively on finding the perfect home for buyers. She specializes in searching the market to fulfill the buyers needs.
She also works extensively with lenders to get the buyers the best possible rates. She is passionate about giving excellent customer service by returning calls promptly, following up, and communicating regularly with clients throughout the home buying process.
Before joining the Picket Fence Team Charlene had a successful career as a Senior Buyer with the JCPenney Company.

Suzanne works extensively with lenders, title company officers, and all vendors during home buying and selling. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service by returning calls promptly, following up, and communicating regularly with clients throughout the home buying process.
Before joining the Picket Fence Team Suzanne worked in many industries and brings that broad knowledge and client focused care to the Picket Fence Team.
